MOQ varies by product. Most neutral products typically start from 20 pieces. Customized logos, labels and printed boxes typically require 100–200 pieces, depending on the product.

Can I order samples?
Yes. In-stock samples can normally be dispatched within three days. Products not in stock typically require 10–25 days.
What is your production lead time?
Regular production orders typically require 20–35 days. Full product development usually takes approximately 3–4 months, depending on tooling and validation.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T. The standard term is a 30% deposit, with the balance paid before shipment.
Which trade terms do you support?
EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP are available subject to destination and order requirements. Guangzhou is the commonly used port; other ports can be arranged.
What warranty do you provide?
Products generally carry a one- to two-year warranty depending on the model. Verified cases may be resolved with replacement products or credit toward a subsequent order.
Do you provide OEM and ODM services?
Yes. Options include logos, packaging, manuals, labels, wiring, connectors, brackets, beam patterns, tooling and new mould development for suitable projects.
How are products packaged?
Neutral packaging is normally used unless another packaging specification is confirmed in the quotation or order documents. Custom labels, manuals and printed boxes are available for suitable quantities.
What shipping methods are available?
Shipment can be arranged by sea, air or international courier. Door-to-door and DDP services may be available depending on destination and product type.
